Payment Method Consistency: For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless explicitly approved otherwise by the tkpk999 verification team. Players may not withdraw to a payment method they have not previously deposited with.

General Bonus Rules:

- One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active will result in the original bonus being forfeited. Players are advised to complete all active bonus wagering before claiming additional promotional offers.
- Real Money First: Real Money Funds in a Player's wallet are always used and wagered before Bonus Funds, unless the specific promotion structure dictates otherwise. Deposits made while a bonus is active will be added to the Real Money balance; the bonus will be consumed only after the Real Money balance is exhausted.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will NOT:

- Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or engage in discriminatory conduct toward tkpk999 support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

- Engage in any conduct that tkpk999, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, other players, or the tkpk999 brand.
Your Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential at all times.

- Update your registration details promptly if any personal information changes.

Account Suspension & Closure
tkpk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so.
- Discovery that information provided during registration or KYC was false, misleading, or incomplete.
- Detection of duplicate account activity, bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under the platform's Responsible Gaming programme.
- A legal or regulatory requirement to restrict access, including but not limited to court orders, law enforcement requests, or anti-money laundering investigations.
- Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts will be notified via registered email before any administrative action is taken.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the Player, tkpk999 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the Player's registered payment method, and any Bonus Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned subject to standard KYC and compliance checks.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of a minimum of six (6) months, extendable up to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and the Player will be ineligible to register a new account. Additional Legal Provisions
